Having experienced significant success and exciting growth within the senior level staffing sector, Tom took the strategic decision to form a group company, Precision Resource Group (PRG) to house, Panoramic Associates, iO Associates, and Finitas. He has a proven track record in the provision of specialist contract, interim and permanent resource into specific industry sectors, with a focus on both business & technology change and has a passion for building and managing teams of recruitment professionals with a core focus on creating exciting career opportunities.

Ben has been practising educational and child psychologist for 14 years. During that time he has been a Principal Educational Psychologist in two local areas; strategically led a range of specialist educational services; and been in executive-level leadership.
