You will be responsible for a multidisciplinary team of both registered and unregistered staff consisting of social workers, social care workers and occupational therapists.
You will need to demonstrate the ability to lead a team, ensure service and operational targets are met, plan, develop policies and procedures and be accountable for the day to day management of the team.
You will need hold recognised social work qualifications, e.g. SW degree, CQSW, Disp SW and be registered with the HCPC or other relevant body. A good understanding of Safeguarding Adult policies and issues will also be required.
