Panoramic Care are currently working with a non for profit Adult Learning Disability provider who are looking for a Locality Manager for services in South Somerset.
They are looking for a Locality Manager to oversee their supported living services in Mid Somerset, the locality manager will directly manage a number of Care and Support Workers along with a Practice Lead.
This individual will provide leadership within their locality, supporting colleagues to be the best they can be and supporting people to have greater choice in their lives.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Lever 4 LMC (or equivalent or be willing to undertake)
- Management training (or willing to undertake)
- Management experience
- Locality experience desirable
