A rewarding new role has become available with a well-established UK Healthcare Provider. You will be the Services Manager of a residential home for individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs.

As a Services Manager, you will be having a direct impact on changing lives; of those in your care, and your own. On top of this, you will receive a supportive, encouraging environment.

In the role, your primary commitment will be to ensure smooth operations are consistent within your team. You will be responsible for ensuring that your team are providing a safe and supportive environment for those within your care, and the quality of service is nothing short of outstanding. You will provide leadership and management to the staff team, and you will monitor and promote the performance of each individual employee.

What qualifications must you hold?

  • Learning disability and mental health experience is essential
  • Previous management experience
  • Qualified nurse (RNLD or RMN) preferred but not essential
