Panormaic care ar pleased to be working with one of the regions largest as well respected care providers.

We are looking for registered nurses to hit the ground running for a large elderly care home that is rated 'GOOD' by CQC

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring those in your care are safe and receive a high standard of nursing care that evidences clinical expertise. In particular, you will need to:

  • Ensure nursing care meets regulatory and charity standards

  • Carry out all nursing in a professional manner and in accordance with the NMC Code of Conduct for nurses.

  • Administer or support to self-administer prescribed medication

  • Undertake personal care tasks

  • Ensure the service delivery fully complies with care plans/risks assessment

  • Keep professionally up to date in all areas of clinical expertise

  • Take responsibility for all clinical decisions

  • Be the responsible person in the absence of the manager/deputy manager

  • Lead and organise the staff team in their daily duties

  • Hold a suitable qualification

  • Be registered with RMC To achieve these outcomes you must:

  • Complete all documentation as required by the Charity

  • Undertake any duties as directed by the Manager

  • Work as part of a team

  • Work on a shift pattern over a 7 day basis, including days/nights/evenings and weekends

  • Attend all required training


About you:

  • Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with Charity policies and procedures

  • Attend staff meetings as and when required

  • Maintain confidentiality and observe data protection requirements in accordance with legislation and Charity policy

  • Work flexibly to meet the needs of the service
