This is a hands-on position, requiring excellent care and strong managerial ability. As a result, we require candidates to be able to evidence this through previous/current CQC ratings.

You will also be focussing on strong relationships, both internally and externally, to enhance the homes and wider company development. You will function as a role model to other stakeholders, enabling:

In addition to this, It is essential that you hold an active NMC Pin, as you will be required to provide a clinical hands-on approach.
