An excellent opportunity has arisen to join one of our clients as the Quality and Excellence Partner for their Yorkshire services.
As Quality and Excellent Partner, you will be responsible for developing, embedding and sustaining care quality within all of our supported living services. Working as part of the quality team you will play an essential role in driving upwards standards of care quality and helping to deliver on our strategic priority of developing a culture of continuous improvement linked to agreed standards, external research and sharing best practice.
This role is 31 hours/4 days per week based in the Yorkshire region, this is a flexible role and requires some working out of office hours due to the nature of the support delivered.
You will have experience of managing a care or support related service, you will be familiar with carrying out or being subject to regulated activity/inspections (CQC). A proven track record of person centred outcomes and delivering personalised support is also essential.
Due to the nature of the role, it is essential that you have a full UK driving licence and can work flexibly in accordance with the needs of the services.
