Our client a leader in the Private Healthcare market are looking for a Patient Service Centre Team Lead to join their team in North London.
You will be responsible for 6 patient Service Advisors that offer a first class service and are the first point of contact for all inbound and outbound calls.
A key part of your role will be to inspire the team to exceed all sales targets and KPIs.
Flexibility on working hours will be essential and you may be required to travel to the other hospitals for the occasional overnight stay.
