Operations and Clinical Standards Director -£45,000-£50,000 - 4-day week - 5-7% bonus

I am working with a growing provider of Dementia care, who are searching for an Operations and Clinical Standards Director.

This role is a 4-day a week position, where you would work underneath the Managing Director in ensuring that their two care homes are running effectively, and performing-well clinically abiding by CQC guidelines. You would be integral in guiding and leading the Home Managers, whilst acting as the first point of contact for the MD and be the company's representative.

This role would also involve generating leads by working closely with local hospitals, GPs and district nurses whilst developing strong relationships with local authorities and community. On the other side of this, the position would be responsible for marketing of the two homes, including organising coffee mornings, open days and events.

Experience Required:

- Ideally a clinical background

- CQC knowledge

- Operational management experience within similar setting

- Commercial accumen

- Full Driving License (to travel between two homes)
