Interim Registered Manager- Children's Home- Turnaround- Portsmouth

Panoramic Care are currently working with a leading provider who are looking for an Interim Registered Manager to turn around and improve the Ofsted rating within a small SEMH Children's Home in the Hampshire area. This will be on a 6 months basis.

The home is currently rated Inadequate so will need someone who can provide support to turn the home around to a good standard and support the Registered Manager currently in post.

Key skills and qualifications:

• Experience working in a residential children's home/ SEMH experience
• NVQ Level 5 in Children's and Young People Workforce
• Registered Manager experience
• Ofsted turn around experience
