We are looking for an interim Registered Manager for a care home in the South East.

The home caters for Adults with of Learning Disabilities. The Registered Manager will be responsible for overseeing two small homes based in close proximity.

Experience:

  • Experienced Registered Manager
  • Great people management skills
  • Learning Disability experience
  • Experience of working with sight loss is beneficial but not essential
  • Experience of managing CQC registered home
  • NVQ Level 5 or equivalent


The interim position is likely to on for a duration of 12 months or longer, while the organisation goes through restructure and recruits permanent staff further down the line.
