I am looking to speak to experienced Interim Managers within the care sector. The role will be to provide management and leadership to this care home until the permanent manager is appointed. You will effectively manage all aspects of the day-to-day running of the home to ensure the residents have a high quality person centred care at all times.
·Managing all aspects of care home performance, your focus will be on running your Care Home as a successful business, whilst delivering outstanding quality and service to the residents and their relatives.
·To be responsible for the efficient day-to-day management of the Care Home - ensuring the highest quality person centred care is given, round the clock, throughout the home
·Supervising, training, coaching and developing of new and existing staff.
·Ensure the on-going monitoring of standards of care provided within the Care Home.
·To maintain a high level of morale among all staff through effective leadership, consultation and communication.
Skills and experience:
·Drive and focus to provide excellent customer service and quality of care
·Experience and good understanding of care service practices, legislation, regulations and standards
