Panoramic Care is exclusively supporting a Special School in West Sussex, in their search for an interim Deputy Headteacher, to support them for two terms (ASAP- July 2024). The School caters for young people with ASD and challenging behaviours.

In this role your areas of focus will be Curriculum and Behaviour across the school, operational oversight, supporting the wider SLT and line management of teachers. In order to be suitable you must have experience working with challenging behaviours, either in a mainstream or special school.

You must have experience at Deputy Head level or above, and be able to work on-site 5 days per week in West Sussex. Paid on a competative daily rate, and starting ASAP if possible (but can wait until January 24).
