Our client who own a number of Nursing Homes in the region are looking for an experienced candidate to join their team as their HR Recruitment Manager.
The primary focus for this person will be to manage the recruitment process from start to finish. You will also need to review their company induction process, meet and greet, arrange rota's, regular check in's and ensure the marketing for the business is right to maximise the home's potential to obtain new talent.
You will need to possess excellent communication skills, disciplined and well organised. You will need to be CIPD Level 5/7.
