Deputy Hospital Director

Full-time permanent position

Join a dedicated team as our client prepares to launch a brand-new 12-bed eating disorder service in West Sussex. We're in search of an enthusiastic and experienced Deputy Hospital Director to make a difference in the lives of young adults aged 18-25.

At the new clinic, our client is committed to delivering exceptional care, inspiring growth, and fostering independence in their service users. They believe in involving families and friends in the recovery journey of each young person, offering support for all along the way.

As the Deputy Hospital Director, you play a pivotal role in the success of their services. Reporting to the Hospital Director, you'll lead the development of a tailored care pathway for service users and champion a transdisciplinary approach. In the Hospital Director's absence, you'll step into their shoes, ensuring the continuity of excellence.

To excel as Deputy Hospital Director, you should bring:

✨ Relevant nursing qualification and professional registration.
✨ Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience.
✨ Proven track record in management and leadership, with a willingness to complete our internal leadership training.
✨ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
✨ Experience in managing clinical teams and creating a positive work environment.
✨ Prior experience in an inpatient setting, whether in CAMHS or Adults, Eating disorders or Mental Health background
✨ Strong grasp of regulatory processes and CQC standards.
