Panoramic Care are working exclusively with a reputable child care provider who offer an excellent induction and training package, as well higher than average pay rates. Working 10 days a month, 20 days off.
As a Residential Children's Support Worker, you will work in a children's home, supporting children with emotional and behavioural difficulties. You will immerse yourselves in the young person's everyday life; taking part in activities, helping plan days, assisting in therapies, accompanying to appointments, cooking together, shopping with etc. In general your role will be to create a positive environment for the young people you support, especially in relation to their health, safety and education. Many children may have experienced difficult upbringings and trauma, hence a large part of this role is befriending the children, whilst offering them strong support and guidance.
You will work two days in a row, sleeping at the residential home between these shifts, with food included. You then get 4 full days off; this role benefits from a great work life balance.

Requirements:
- Level 3 Diploma in Childcare - e.g. NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (essential)
- Driving Licence (essential)
