As a Business Manager, you will be overseeing the 12 homes in your patch, ensuring that each is operating to the highest standard and being reported efficiently to the necessary departments.
You will be responsible for ensuring that your teams are providing a safe, progressive and empowering environment for those within your care, and the quality of service is nothing short of outstanding. You will ensure that the overall financial and operational performance of all activities within the Business Unit is consistent and progressive.
