An exciting new role has become available with a sheltered housing and social care organisation for the elderly. As a Business Manager, you will be making your mark on the 12 homes in your patch. All travel expenses will be paid as you divide your time between the office, your patch and your home.
As a Business Manager, you will be overseeing the 12 homes in your patch, ensuring that each is operating to the highest standard and being reported efficiently to the necessary departments.
You will be responsible for ensuring that your teams are providing a safe, progressive and empowering environment for those within your care, and the quality of service is nothing short of outstanding. You will ensure that the overall financial and operational performance of all activities within the Business Unit is consistent and progressive.
What qualifications must you hold?
- Business development experience
- Experience in the care or housing sector
