Job Title: Assistant Registered Manager

Location: Bristol, UK

Salary Range: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum

Monday- Friday Working Pattern.

We are working with a dedicated care company who provide high-quality care services to individuals in the community. They specialise in supporting complex care packages, enabling individuals to live fulfilling and independent lives. As they continue to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Assistant Registered Manager to join the team in their Bristol office and work alongside an awarding winning Manager.

Position Overview:

As an Assistant Registered Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the care services. You will support the Manager in overseeing and coordinating community and complex care packages, ensuring that the clients receive the best care possible. Your responsibilities will include assisting in managing the team, maintaining compliance with regulations, and ensuring that the clients' needs are met effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Registered Manager to plan, organise, and oversee the delivery of community and complex care services.
  • Assist in the recruitment, training, and supervision of care staff.
  • Monitor and maintain compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct assessments of clients' care needs and update care plans as necessary.
  • Liaise with healthcare professionals, families, and external agencies to ensure the highest quality of care.
  • Help create a positive and supportive working environment for the care team.
  • Assist in budget management and resource allocation.
  • Contribute to quality assurance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the care sector.
  • A background in community and complex care services is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant care regulations and standards.
  • A compassionate and client-centered approach to care.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent is advantageous.
