The Opportunity:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Headteacher to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
As the Assistant Headteacher, your primary responsibilities will include:

  Curriculum: You will play a vital role in curriculum development and ensuring that all students make meaningful progress in their education.
• 
  Teaching and Learning: You will lead on Teaching & Learning, ensuring that expectations are met across the school.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

• Experience as a Middle or Senior leader in an educational setting.
• A strong background in curriculum development and a demonstrated commitment to student progress.
• Proficiency in working with data to inform educational decisions.
• A passion for addressing the diverse needs of the students.
• A willingness to teach and actively contribute to the educational experience of the students.

Salary and Benefits:

• The salary for this position is up to £56,000.
• Eligibility for the Teachers' Pension Scheme.
