We are currently supporting a growing Children's Care provider in hiring an Area / Operations manager to oversee a number of established and newly opening EBD Children's homes in the Nottinghamshire area.
The role will involve supporting and motivating the multiple Registered Home Managers team to develop and enhance individual and team performance and to optimise service delivery across the board, assisting in achieving excellent outcomes for young people in the company's care to consistently reach 'good' or 'outstanding' Ofsted outcomes.

This position would suit someone who has been an Area Manager, someone with previous experience of running multiple homes or a long term Registered Manager.
An ideal candidate will:
- Have full working knowledge of Children's Homes Regulations/Quality Standards
- Level 5 in Health and Social Care (Children's)
- Be able to meet the requirements for registration as a Responsible Individual
- Have a full UK driving license and a willingness to travel around the Midlands.
