Sharon is responsible for managing the permanent division within Panoramic Care. This covers both the Social Care and Education markets. Sharon is still very much hands on and whilst managing the team she still has a strong presence in growing our Social Care and Private Healthcare divisions in the South East and London.

Sharon has been with Panoramic Care since the launch  in 2018  and has over 13 years’ experience in recruitment; placing highly skilled interim and permanent members of staff across a range of markets both in the UK and globally.

Sharon prides herself on her the ability to build genuine relationships on a long term basis and this has enabled her to fully embed herself within the Social Care market, having developed a number of key relationships and accounts which the team have all benefited from. Sharon’s passion for the market is evident from when you first speak to her and she has built and developed a strong team around her. Sharon is driven to succeed and is replicating at Panoramic Care her previous experience in developing successful recruitment divisions within the Oil & Gas, Change Management, Executive Search, NHS and Information Technology sectors.
