Emma graduated from Bournemouth university with a BSc (Hons) Psychology first class degree. This enhanced her understanding of people and why they think and behave in certain ways, as well as her understanding of a variety of learning disabilities and psychological disorders. Emma is now specialising in Special Education and Care for interim projects in the South West.

Prior to this, Emma has worked in car dealerships and various hospitality roles which have developed her customer service and client focused skills.
