David's experience prior to Panoramic Care includes building successful recruitment businesses and divisions acrosss mulitple sectors. 

Recognising that organisations struggled when it came to understanding and recruiting senior level positions, David set up Panoramic Care to support these organisations. David now leads our large team of consultants who each focus a specific niche within Education, Health and Social Care sectors as well as supporting our clients in their talent acquisition needs himself.
